🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER
Bashaer Financial Investments Company is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies within the financial trading industry.
🔹 Job Title: Sales Manager
🔹 Required Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial trading and financial markets, with proven experience in sales management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Drive client acquisition, increase deposits, and maximize sales performance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets and trading services.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance analysis to management.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and continuously improve sales performance.
