📢 Job Vacancy | Installation Supervisor
Company: Al Rusoom Al Alamiya for Home & Office Furniture
Location: Mansour, Baghdad, Iraq
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the furniture installation team and distribute daily tasks among team members.
Organize and schedule installation operations and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of work.
Follow up on furniture preparation, transportation, and installation at customer locations.
Ensure the quality of installation and compliance with required specifications and standards.
Manage team performance and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure team members comply with working schedules and safety instructions and handle furniture carefully during transportation and installation.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, completed tasks, and operational issues and submit them to management.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in team supervision and operations management, preferably in the furniture, installation, or logistics industry.
Strong leadership, administrative, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Good command of English.
Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
