Job Opportunity for Women | IT Help Desk – Basra
Madarek Group is hiring an IT Help Desk professional.
Requirements:
At least 1.5 years of experience in IT.
Basic knowledge of IT help desk support and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, email management, and professional correspondence — mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
Spoken English at B2 level.
Working Hours:
🕗 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• On-site: Sunday to Wednesday.
• Remote: Saturday and Thursday.
Monthly Salary:
💰 IQD 800,000
