I'm currently looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:
• Job Title: Sales & Operation Manager • Company: One of RootPath clients in the retail sector • Location: Baghdad – Karkh • Experience: 8–10 years in Retail. Supermarket and retail experience is a must (essential requirement) • Salary Range: 5,000,000 – 6,000,000 IQD • Nationality: Iraqi / Expat
Key Responsibilities: ➤ Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to grow revenue, attract and retain customers, and strengthen the company's competitive position in the Iraqi market
➤ Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets for each branch in coordination with the CEO
➤ Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring branches follow company procedures, service standards, and cash-handling controls
➤ Lead, coach, and evaluate Area Supervisors, Store Managers, and store teams
➤ Review sales, margin, expenses, stock availability, and shrinkage to monitor store profitability and recommend corrective actions
